Two lines of business that reinforce each other: manufacturing for the parts that cannot be bought off a shelf, and supply for everything that can.
Additive manufacturing & custom part production
Additive manufacturing wins where conventional production loses: one-off parts, quantities of five instead of five thousand, geometries that would require multi-axis machining, and components whose original manufacturer stopped making them a decade ago. There is no tooling to amortize, so a run of three costs what a run of three should cost.
We work from whatever you have — a dimensioned drawing, a STEP or STL file, a technical data package, a photograph with a scale reference, or the broken original. If a part needs to be reverse engineered before it can be produced, we will tell you what that adds in time and cost before you commit.

Materials
Thermoplastic material selection is driven by the application — service temperature, chemical exposure, UV, impact, stiffness, and whether the part is structural. We work across common engineering thermoplastic families and will recommend the right one for the environment the part lives in rather than defaulting to whatever is cheapest to print.
Design support
Design for additive manufacturing review on parts that were originally drawn for machining or injection molding. Wall thickness, orientation, and load-path changes often make the difference between a part that fails in a month and one that outlasts the original.
Quantities & lead time
Single pieces through low-volume production runs, with no minimum order quantity. Lead time is quoted per job based on part size, quantity, and material — and it is a commitment, not an estimate we walk back later.
A note on specifications. Additive manufacturing is the right answer for many parts and the wrong answer for some. If a requirement calls for a certified material traceability chain, a specific mil-spec process, or mechanical properties that thermoplastics cannot meet, we will say so up front and, where we can, source the part through our supply channel instead.
Industrial supply, wholesale & distribution
The supply side of the business exists because buyers kept asking for the same thing: a responsive small-business source for commercial off-the-shelf goods who actually answers a request for quote. We source from wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers, consolidate a requirement into one order, and deliver it with the documentation a contract file needs.
We are not trying to be a catalog with a million line items. We are trying to be the vendor a contracting officer or purchase card holder calls when they need a defined list of items delivered by a date certain.
