A small shop that ships
Bunker Family Store, LLC is an owner-operated business in Nephi, Utah. We are small on purpose, and we compete on responsiveness rather than scale.
From retail fulfillment to manufacturing
The company was formed in February 2022 as an online retailer of tools and household goods. That business meant sourcing product from wholesalers and manufacturers, managing inventory, and shipping thousands of individual orders to customers who expected them to arrive correct and on time. It ran that way for four years and moved more than $1.3 million in product.
Along the way, the shop filled up with 3D printers. What started as a way to make fixtures and packaging aids for the retail operation turned into the more interesting business: making the part that nobody sells anymore. Today manufacturing is the center of the company, and the sourcing side has become a capability we offer to buyers rather than a storefront we run.
In 2026 we completed registration in the System for Award Management and received CAGE code 23LJ2, opening the business to federal, state, and local government work. The intent is straightforward: be the small, responsive source that a contracting officer or purchase card holder can rely on for the buys that are too small to interest a large vendor and too urgent to wait.

Why "Bunker Family Store"? Bunker is the family name. The business started at the kitchen table and it is still run by the people whose name is on it.
Four commitments
These are not slogans. They are the reasons a buyer would choose a one-person shop over a distributor with a thousand employees.
Answer fast
Quotes go out in one to two business days. If we need more time because a requirement is complex, we tell you when to expect it instead of going quiet.
Say no clearly
If a requirement is outside what we can deliver, you hear that immediately. Wasting an acquisition timeline on a vendor who was never going to perform is the worst outcome for everyone.
Quote what we can hold
Lead times are commitments. We would rather quote a date two weeks out and hit it than promise next week and miss.
Own the mistake
If something ships wrong, we fix it at our cost and without an argument. A small business lives or dies on whether the second order comes.
